Why it matters to the business

Deliver on time. Manage your budget. Protect your profit.

Delays, cost overruns and lost margin rarely start as big events. They start as small daily gaps nobody sees in time. DPCS makes those gaps visible while they are still cheap to fix.

⏱ Time

Deliver on time

A shortfall caught the next day is recovered with a small change. Found at month end, it becomes a delay.

Margin leaks quietly through idle labour, crews waiting for material, rework and delay overheads. Control closes those leaks.

Why DPR alone is not enough

Project reporting
is not project control.

Reporting

What
happened?

Work done, labour present, photos, remarks. Useful — but it looks backwards.

Project control
  1. What was planned?
  2. What was achieved?
  3. Where is the gap?
  4. Why did it happen?
  5. What is required tomorrow?
  6. Who owns the action?
  7. What decision is required?
Before and after

What changes on your project.

Without DPCS

  • ✕Status comes from calls and WhatsApp messages.
  • ✕Progress reported as a percentage, not quantities against plan.
  • ✕Manpower is counted, but output per team is unknown.
  • ✕Material is asked for on the day it is needed.
  • ✕Site issues sit in chats with no owner or closure date.
  • ✕Monthly report describes the past instead of deciding the next month.

With DPCS

  • ✓One structured daily sheet from site to management.
  • ✓Planned vs actual in real quantities, with shortfall and reason.
  • ✓Productivity visible by team and contractor.
  • ✓Requirements raised from the 7-day look-ahead, before work stops.
  • ✓Every hindrance has one owner and a closure date.
  • ✓Monthly review ends with priorities and decisions.
What DPCS controls

How information moves

From the site to a decision — every evening.

DPCS sets who records what, who checks it and who decides — so management gets answers, not just updates.

DPCS is right for you if…

  • You receive a DPR every day but still call the site to know the real status.
  • Your reports describe yesterday but don't warn you about tomorrow.
  • Material, labour and billing data sit in separate sheets, WhatsApp chats or people's heads.
  • Site issues stay open because nobody clearly owns them.

FAQ

Questions owners ask first.

What is DPCS?

The Civil Experts Digital Project Control System is a project-control implementation and management-reporting service built around your existing project team. It connects daily, weekly and monthly site information to management decisions.

Is DPCS software?

No. DPCS is a service: Civil Experts sets up the workflow, formats and review rhythm, trains your team and supports the control cycle. Tools are used where useful, but the value is the control system, not a licence.

Does Civil Experts replace our PM?

No. DPCS strengthens your existing project manager and team with a clearer control structure. Site execution stays with your team.

What does the ₹50,000 setup include?

Current workflow assessment, project and team structure, role mapping, BOQ/activity/WBS mapping, baseline planning structure, reporting structure, daily data workflow, management-report formats, templates and checklists, testing, onboarding and go-live support — customised to your project.

What does the ₹30,000 monthly service include?

Ongoing daily, weekly and monthly project-control support: progress and shortfall tracking, look-ahead planning, resource and hindrance review, management summaries and monthly review, based on the agreed data flow. Minimum agreement is 6 months.

What data must we provide?

Approved BOQ and activity structure, baseline schedule and milestones, current progress, team and role details, and the rates or records needed for any cost or billing views — plus timely daily inputs from the site team.

Can our existing team use DPCS?

Yes — that is the design. Two months of hybrid online and offline training are included so management and the site team can run it.

What happens during the Free Audit?

A structured 30-minute review of your reporting, planning, resources, accountability and management visibility. Qualified prospects may then receive a Project Control Solution Report.

Can DPCS cover more than one project?

Yes. The base price covers one active project; additional projects are commercially assessed separately.
